Terms of Service

Effective date: August 10, 2026.

These Terms of Service govern your use of HOA Dispute Kit (hoadisputekit.com), operated from Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By using the site or purchasing a dispute package, you agree to these terms.

What we provide.

HOA Dispute Kit analyzes the documents you upload (an HOA violation notice and, optionally, your community's CC&Rs) and generates legal information: a review of the notice, citations to your documents and to publicly available state statutes, and a draft response letter you can edit and send yourself.

Not legal advice.

HOA Dispute Kit provides legal information, not legal advice. We are not a law firm, no attorney-client relationship is created, and nothing on this site is a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your state. Statute excerpts are provided with care but laws change; verify citations before relying on them. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any letter yourself and for meeting your own deadlines.

Your documents.

You confirm you have the right to upload the documents you submit. You keep all rights to your documents; you grant us permission to process them ( including with third-party AI providers acting on our behalf) solely to produce your analysis.

Payment and refunds.

The full dispute package is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. All sales are final once your package is generated. If something went wrong with your analysis, contact support@hoadisputekit.com and we'll make it right.

Disclaimer and limits.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We do not guarantee any outcome in any dispute with your association.

Data retention.

Uploaded documents and generated results are automatically deleted 90 days after upload. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Coverage.

The service addresses homeowners-association matters under the laws of the 50 U.S. states. It is intended for informational use by property owners and their representatives.

Changes and contact.

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Questions: support@hoadisputekit.com.

This is legal information, not legal advice. We are not a law firm and no attorney-client relationship is created.
