What we collect.

The documents you upload (which may contain personal information such as your name and address), the email address you provide for delivery, and the technical basics needed to run the service (such as request logs). Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it.

Solely to produce and deliver your analysis: documents are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) acting on our behalf, results are emailed to you via our email provider (Resend), and files are stored with our hosting providers (Railway and Cloudflare) in the United States. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your documents to train AI models. We send transactional email only - no marketing.

Retention and deletion.

Uploaded documents, generated results, and your email address are automatically deleted 90 days after upload. To request earlier deletion, email support@hoadisputekit.com from the address you used at purchase.

Cookies and analytics.

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices.

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time at support@hoadisputekit.com. The service is not directed to children under 16.
